Bio

Renee D. Warring survived four suicide attempts prior to seeking treatment for her Schizophrenia. A native of Philadelphia, PA Renee holds a BA in Psychology from Temple University and is an activist for social and healthcare issues impacting people with mental illness. Despite being stigmatized by society, Renee is the Warrior Warring  against mental illness, and how it is perceived by the public.
 

Mission Statement

We endeavor though writing and public speaking to educate and motivate the general public to:

1. Have an understanding of and to emphasize with people who have mental illness,
2. See people who have mental illness as equals in the brotherhood of humanity, and
3. Include people who have mental illness in the mainstream of society, by making sure that they get the same opportunities that others receive.
